Ipod shuffle wont sync after i restored it

Ok guyz i have this problem with my ipod shuffle 4 gen.

i came home oped itues plug in ipod everything good and itunes said that my ipod nees to be restored some corropton or somethung like that.I restored my ipod but now itunes doest see it...the problem is that even Bitdefender on My computer dont see it.Bitdefender always asked me if i wanted to scan my pod when i coonected it to the pc.

When i plug the ipod into the pc i only have a very dim green light

Is it dead?
